Shooting Stars is a school-based education engagement program for Aboriginal girls and young women, and it is mostly guided and run by Aboriginal women.

We walk alongside Shooting Stars participants throughout their schooling journeys, offering advocacy, support and guidance as they build confidence, cultural identity and positive connections. Working together with communities, our aim is to ensure Shooting Stars participants are empowered to make informed decisions, drive their own futures and and reach their full potential.

There is no Shooting Stars without our incredible staff, so it’s just as important that everyone on our team has the opportunity to grow, develop new skills and achieve their goals too.

Shooting Stars is the primary initiative of Glass Jar Australia, a not-for-profit organisation that is part of Netball WA. Please scroll to view the Shooting Stars and Netball WA job listings below:
Our incredible team of staff is extremely important to our program - Shooting Stars is its staff. So, there are plenty of opportunities for growth and professional development as a member of the Shooting Stars team.
