Laverton

Shooting Stars launched its program in Laverton District High School, thanks to the support of the Gold Industry Group in 2019. We work with participants from Years 3 to 12. 

"Coming from a different background and being able to relate to our LA Kungka girls is very humbling. We get to understand each other by listening, caring and having that same mutual respect. I have built a positive relationship with every single participant and will continue to show them the real meaning of my Shooting Stars role. It has been amazing to see the girls slowly grow into beautiful young women in this program. Laverton Shooting Stars will continue to provide and help our LA Kungkas to become their own leaders for their young future!"
